Look like Door, fender, shock, molding, control arm, other front end alignment parts. Aslong as the frame is not damaged the car will be fine. Sorry to say but I dont think you can walk away without it having a total rebuild title. take more images! | | | 05-09-2008, 04:55 AM | #37 | Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: iowa Posts: 79 | fix it thats not bad at all. let us know how it goin. | | | 05-09-2008, 05:10 AM | #38 | That's not Millpoint Blue Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: BNA Posts: 3,161 | That does look repairable, depending on the damage to the suspension. It might be hard to find a replacement for the door and rear fender, so those might have to be repaired instead. But, it should be easier to find a replacements for all the parts forward of that. Don't give up on it yet... get some repair estimates or at least a list of everything needed to repair it! This forum has collectively brought at least one car back from the dead already, so hang in there! :-) __________________ Real men know how to SEARCH! Still in the "do-able" range. :-) __________________ Real men know how to SEARCH! Either look for that thread or if you just want to see pics, check out my gallery. Mine didn't have any damage to the shock tower, but I did have a bit of frame damage (took 8hrs of labor to fix). If the shock tower isn't repairable, it IS replacable, though that would add significantly to the cost. For the entire inner fender/wheelhouse piece, part alone is around $750, if you just need the shock mount area it's about $350. I imagine the labor to replace that would be a pretty penny though. I'd guess a minimum of 5-6 hours. Agree with the others though. Put a claim in with his insurance company (he was drunk) and push to get them to pay for it. If they deny the claim, is there any chance you could get a loan to pay for the repairs (if it's not too expensive)? While many of us would like parts, I think we'd rather see your car get back on the road.
