Default losing power when get on it.

When i smash the gas the car boggs down but if i push it easy it revs up fine. It seems that when the supercharger kicks in it boggs out. Not sure though. Kicks fuel codes every once in a while and only have this problem every once in a while. Idles fine though. any ideas

its a 97 1.9L with a Downing/Atlanta supercharger kit. Codes say fuel multiplicative, not sure what thats means.

if you have a decent scanner, look at the fuel trims LTFT and STFT....most good obd2 scanners can give you realtime data readouts.
