Default Marque Madness at Laguna Seca

This isn't a TI meet, but for all you folks in California, you should definitely check out Marque Madness this weekend. It's being held at Laguna Seca and there's going to be a variety of events: races, BBQ, private tours, etc.

One of the highlights is the parade lap on the track. They'll even take a picture of you and your car on the corkscrew! Check out their site for more information: http://www.marquemadness.com/

Laguna Seca is one of my favorite tracks- pity I don't live in Monteray!

I would love to go but I have a family commitment.

Moku, are you going? Let me know when the next one is and I'll go.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it either... hopefully next year. I would love to have a picture of my car on the corkscrew and also be able to say that I've driven at Laguna Seca!

This is the inaugural year for the event, so hopefully it will do well enough to keep going.

Moku...
Check out my latest gallery post for that dream photo you mentioned....couldn't make this event, but made it down in March with NASA and the corkscrew was....AWSOME! Was my first time there and was getting used to a brand new (to me) 5-speed to boot. Still..ya gotta give me a couple of missed shifts under the circumstances!
