Default For Sale: 1996 332Ti

1996 BMW 332Ti for sale. $12,000
Car is in Cedar Rapids, Iowa--but it has never seen snow.

This car was built by a BMW shop in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2004. They took a 1996 318Ti and installed all the mechanical parts from a 1997 M3—engine, transmission, suspension, brakes and instrument panel. They also installed a 1999 M Coupe 3.25:1 LSD and axles.

At the same time, they installed a host of brand new parts. Essentially, they completely rebuilt the car to almost-new condition in 2004. The build sheet lists $10,610 in new parts and labor--not including the engine, trans and other parts from the donor M3.

The car was repainted because the paint had faded from the Florida sun.

Cold air kit
Four K1 racing wheels with BFG 235/45-17 Z-rated tires (new)
Four lightweight SSR racing wheels with Yokohama 048 235/45 track tires (one season of use)
Air conditioning
6-disk CD player

New parts installed in 2004:
Water pump
Hoses
Intake manifold
A/C evaporator
Alternator
Air pump
Oxygen sensor
Fuel pressure regulator
M3 radiator
M3 clutch
M3 steering rack
