New fuel filter and transmission mounts.

Kind of amazing how much of a difference the new fuel filter made. Then again, the last one had an mfg. date of '03, so it was definitely time.

Brakes/suspension/wheels are next...

Not all today but...
Window tint (last week )
clear side markers ( corners tomorrow )
completely stripped all wax ect off the car, re coated with orbital buffer, then added a nice sealer. Shined like it was blessed by god himself!!

As soon as I got the camera to take pics, a thunder storm that was not called for dumped all over it. "Sigh" guess I'll have to shine her up again.....

worked on installing the new cabin air filters- I think mine were original. Waiting for the glue to dry overnight before reinstalling.

Ordered the hardware for the COP conversion (I ordered from mcmaster-carr so I will have extra parts) and ordered a new condenser from Rockauto for 106 bucks!

Not mine, but Sean's (Cindy was here to get me motivated to do something on Zippy):

1) Finally got the sunroof panel removed so we could see what all was broken
2) (Cindy) swapped the needed parts between the original sunroof motor and ebay sourced one (which had different plugs) to (theoretically) make one good motor

Now I need to order the broken lifters/blocks for the sunroof so we can get it all put back together

I finally gave in, into the lack of BASS monster!... I bought and installed a Bazooka Sub tube... I have had these in my youthful years and I loved the way they sounded. Actually I had one on my 1st Ti in 1999... Now it sounds like it should with a bit of Bass to fill in the Gap! nothing outlandish I don't want to be loosening up any screws/nuts on the car... so no rattling!!!...

Tossed new upper and lower rad mounts in, seems the PO didn't bother to put the lowers on when the rad was replaced (or when the motor was replaced the first time) and that's what caused my condenser to get a hole in it.

Put 2 new jack pads on, and started making the bracket for the COP conversion. The hardware was 30 bucks, and I have enough for 2 brackets.

AND!!!!! I finally got the plug for the hole in the trunk floor and installed it! Now no 3" hole inthe trunk

thanks, I got super lucky too, the guy lived 10 minutes away from me and wanted $350 for them, they're not in great shape since the car had 190k on it but I can fix them eventually, I'm just so happy I finally have a set of vaders
