Default New swap/conversion project. Need help...

Hello...

How are you doing?
I'm currently working on a new swap/conversion project.
It's not a ti, but it is a BMW and an E36...
The project is to turn my alpine white E36 325i Saloon into a full spec Euro M3 3.0 Saloon.

I've already planned and begun the swap, but I need your input, to make sure I'm not forgetting something...

Here's the plan and what's already been done:

Exterior:
- M3 front bumper with evo lip
- M3 twisted side skirts
- M3 rear bumper
- ZKW front headlights (installed)
- Front white blinkers with silver vision bulbs (installed)
- Rear clear blinkers
- M3 boot spoiler
- M3 Side mirrors (installed)
- M3 Side mouldings
- BMW Motorsport international Badges (Purchased)
- M3 Boot badge

Wheels/tires:
- OEM M Kontours (installed)
- BF Goodridge 225/45 Front and 245/40 rear (installed)

Interior:
- M3 luxury leather sport Seats
- M3 Steering Wheel (installed)
- M3 Shift Knob (installed)
- Black M3 Headliner and acessories
- M3 gauge cluster

Brakes:
- M3 Master Cylinder
- M3 front brakes (installed)
- M3 Rear Brakes (purchased)
- UCC Braided lines

Suspension:
- M3 front LCA (Purchased)
- M3 Front struts and Springs (Purchased)
- M3 Front Sway (purchased)
- M3 complete rear axle (purchased)
- M3 Top front top mouts (Purchased)
- Full suspension install kit (Purchased)

Drivetrain:
- M3 3.0 5 Spd Gearbox
- M3 LSD (Purchased)
- UCC SSK

Engine:
- Complete Euro M3 3.0 Engine with all acessories
- Complete M3 Exhaust

Well, I think this is all... I will take some pictures of the actual status of the car and more pictures as parts are installed...
What is your input?
Am I forgetting anything?

Regards!

to win the lotto??

seriously, sounds good to me .

keep your vader leather seats. those are the prefered M3 seats
also an "x" brace.
put a supersprint exhaust instead of the M3 unit, still subtle but has a nice roar to it on throttle-up.

cant think of any more M3 specific parts, unless you want evo,ltw or GT versions

sounds like u the man with a plan though

I tought about vaders also... In fact, I have a set of vaders in the garage...
I want luxury sport seats because my 325 is a sedan and I want to keep the OEM look of a M3 sedan...

Are there any other items I should be on the lookout for?
Any chassis differences between the 325 saloon and the M3 I should worry about?

Regards!

Nevermind... didn't notice you said your 325.. Why not just buy an M3? Seems like with the cost of parts and the labor involved just buying one would be easier.
