My car joined this morning on the way to work. I'd have a picture, but the odometer backlight bulb is out! | | | 07-17-2006, 04:31 PM | #2 | Member Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Columbus, Ohio Posts: 78 | My TI just hit 141,000, and it's finally broken in! I have the clutch and throw-out bearing changed, which are items of concern. Also, some model years have issues with the catalytic converter. These aren't huge problems when confronted, just something to prepare yourself with in the event. Good to hear another TI joined the club. | | | 07-17-2006, 04:57 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Milwaukee Posts: 236 | I know all about the cat. My CEL is one, 'Catalyst Efficiency'. But I'm not changing it yet. Still getting 32-34 mpg. | | | 07-17-2006, 05:05 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Tacompton, WA Posts: 309 | my ti is going to be hitting the 200,000 mile club soon!!! __________________ 95 318ti Alpine white, E46 m3 front bumper, Clear Corners, Cosmo CAI, k&n filter, Flowmaster catback, front strut bars, sony 12" sub Kenwood 800watt amp & Aiwa Deck, stickers Future: Angel Eyes, Drop, Rims, and rear bumper 318ti.org sticker (added 100HP) | | | 07-17-2006, 05:15 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | That's one club I am in no hurry to join........
