It may not be that bad a fix, but what is deceptive about those auctions is the "fees" associated with it. Bidding $300 will probably cost $600 plus all the extra stuff associated. For a car with 150k miles. And it still likely will have a salvage/R title requiring extensive state fees for inspection, as well as making it harder to resell. If you are buying it for parts, maybe it could be worth it, but its not a sport version so fewer sought after parts.

If you do buy it for parts - i'd be interested in the seats!

throw on a tailight, pull on the fenders. gut the interior - cuz trackcar

looking for a project car.
every since i sold my 318ti, i have been looking for a project car and auto-x.
very much rather get a s2000 for auto-x but those are hard to grab.

do you know how much are the state inspection fees?

A very nice parts car...I wouldn't try to rebuild it...too much work and money for my taste. John
