Default M44 to M52

Hey guys, I found a really good (suspiciously good) deal on a M52 along with a 5 spd transmission. I am just unsure if this would be good to go for or not and was hoping to get some opinions.

The link to the package is http://portland.craigslist.org/wsc/pts/1528569842.html

I emailed him and asked about the mileage and some other things and he replied with: The build year and installation info came from the computer records at BMW. The mileage was what the guy I got it from told me. The car had 85K on it and this was a replacement motor.

I like that it comes with everything, including a 5 spd (been wanting to do a manual swap since I got the Ti) but the deal seems surreal and I imagine there is a catch, especially with that cost and mileage.

Opinions/Suggestions?
Thanks
