Maybe.

You'd have to get the blade inside the center sleeve, which is not all that large in diameter, then you'd need to take care so as not to cut into the subframe. I think you're better off with a puller.

The biggest obstacle is the 5 inch long threaded stud that secures the bushing. To clear this stud, you have to drop the subframe about 6-7 inches. To drop it by this amount, you have to remove the flexible brake hose and shock bottom bolt and diff mount. Then there is the danger of the sawzall cutting into the bushing housing on the subframe. This is a structural part so you want this part to be solid and not compromised.

Remove the stud and use the pipe/threaded rod puller set up without dropping the subframe.
Or you may just plan to drop the subframe.
