Really interested in how the transition is going to a 4dr 328i.

I have considered it many times, just due to the rear seat space/practicality of four doors, potential of m52 vs m44, more advanced rear suspension and possible decent MPG. If you could give a more detailed impression of what you think it would be great!

I get mostly held to the ti due to unique style, rear hatch space, good mpg and "light" feel that can make it a decent canyon momentum car. Oh and I hardly have any problems with it, so reliability has been great, and of course have invested a good deal into it.

Working on it is easy, as all BMWs of this era are like Legos. It's also been as reliable, but MPGs have suffered. I max out around 29 rather than the 33 I used to get with the 318.

I like the feel of the real E36 more. More power, but best of all a rear trailing arm suspension. Keeps the rear really planted and I have tons more rear grip. First couple events I did with it stock, I didn't need an LSD as badly as the 318 as it kept the rear so planted.
