Did not really expect this amount of expenditure to maintain this vehicle when i got it. Realize now that it must be a melon or am getting round to attending to all the issues the previous owner neglected. Have had some moments where i really wanted to cut my losses and drive it to the "heap Yard". But today i am happy with it. Drives and behaves as it should. These pics are from the late summer of 08. Updated pics will follow when the weather improves around here and i get round to washing the grime of it. | | | 03-26-2009, 12:43 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Rocky Mountains Posts: 610 | Ti's a definitely worth the wait! | | | 03-26-2009, 03:04 PM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: Burlington, NJ Posts: 560 | Welcome to the forum... nice car! __________________ 1996 318ti - 2000 Z3 2.3 - 2012 MINI Cooper Hatchback | | | 03-26-2009, 03:11 PM | #10 | Member Join Date: Feb 2009 Location: Beebe, Arkansas Posts: 52 | Hello __________________ And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. I'm in South Western Ontario as well. I'm currently working on fixing some oil leaks on the M42. I've spent a lot of $ in the last couple of months on repairs but soon I'll have everything looked after and auto crossing the hell out of it. __________________ Raymond | | | 03-26-2009, 05:34 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: Rensselaer, NY Posts: 254 | Welcome to the .org! Don't worry about all the expenses, after a while you'll have everything fixed and it will be the best car you ever own for the next 20-40,000 miles. At that point as long as you regularly maintain the car, you'll be all set. __________________ | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
