Anybody know what kind of electronics, if any are in the floorpan?
Right before this all started we had a torrential downpour that caused my top to leak. There was a lot of water on the drivers side floor. The carpets were saturated.
I fixed the source of the leak and put a heater in the car to dry the carpets out. But a couple times while moving the car i could hear water sloshing around under the car, and running in a small but steady stream from under the car. I pulled the seats out today and it's still very damp under the carpet. I haven't got all the carpet out yet, but i have it pried back and have a heater blowing down there. As of yet i don't see any control modules down there, but there are a lot of wires.
I hadn't really put the two together yet until today. Electrical ghosts are the last thing I wanna be chasing now...
Maybe something has shorted out thats not throwing up codes
