Default Clutch install quote

I was quoted $525 for installation of the CM Stage I clutch I bought for my M44. Good price? Bad Price?

wow... sounds like a big rip to me.. although i am far away from you...

I paid $450CND and that included installing everything for my tranny, slave cylinder,pressure plate, throwout and pilot bearings etc etc annnd 2 tie-rods..
I was there for alot of it too, it shouldn't take anymore than 5hrs or so..
so unless your paying $100 an hour, that sounds like a horrible price.

wait i read wrong ..the installation alone is that much?! wow thats a rip. i paid that much including all the equipment

+1... rip off for sure.
got my clutch fixed for 600 (though I think it included only a new pressure plate).
nonetheless, you are paying too much for labor...

I won't be having them do anything else if they don't bring their price down... But we'll see.
