I've been going to this New England International Car Show for the last 10+ years, it was nothing like this in previous years. I think the worse was 2006, not even one exotic was on display. This year in this new venue, I am glad to see all those Ferrari, Lambo, Aston, Porsche, Bentley ... Good job of capturing the car show. __________________ 1998 BMW 318ti M-Tech Sport Silver (Gone to member leeko617) CURRENT: 2015 BMW X1, 2004 BMW 330ci Convertible, 1998 Porsche Boxster, 2001 BMW 525i Touring GONE: 2000 Audi A4, 2002 VW Passat, 1985 VW Cabriolet | | | 01-07-2008, 04:08 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Boston, MA Posts: 1,152 | Thanks Michael for the compliments. I love the new convention center for the auto show. The place is updated and modern compared to other venue. Heard more shows will be hosted there as of 2008. Love going to car shows so I take pics for my album and also for others to see what they are missing. We should try to get the MA/NE members together for a gtg. I know a few members sold their ti already. | | | 01-07-2008, 04:10 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Stamford, CT <-> Boston, MA Posts: 1,393 | Quote: Originally Posted by StealthBimmer We should try to get the MA/NE members together for a gtg. | +1 __________________ BMWCCA #403399 2012 Mini Cooper S Clubman, 6-Speed Loaded 2001 325xi, Winter Package, 5-Speed Traded 1998 318ti, Active, Automatic, TOTAL LOSS R.I.P. 10/20/08 Bilstein Sport Shocks/Struts . At least let us stand there and laugh, (with a beer in our hand) while you rip knuckles off, if you won't let us near the car with a wrench. __________________ 1997 332ti - Don't even ask. 2006 330i - ZPP/ZSP/ZCW/6sp/Nav/BT/H&R Sport 2011 E92 M3 | | | 01-14-2008, 03:25 AM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Monterey, CA Posts: 770 | I have hit a coupe of snags, i.e. a crack oil pan but I will be sure to post up pics asap. The main problem is that my garage is not connected to my apartment and it doesn't have a restroom but it does have heat. If thats not a problem you guys are more than welcome to stop by at any time to take a look at the car. I'm about 50% done. I will remove the engine and transmission tomorrow I hope to have the car running by next weekend! I also have taken about 75+ pics of the swap. It should be the most detailed swap thread thus far. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
