Default M3 brake upgrade

I have an opportunity to purchase a front brake setup from a 1998 M3. It includes the (used) spindles, calipers, and carriers from the M3, with brand new M3 Brembo rotors and linings. He is asking $400 for the entire setup, and a quick look online shows that a few places get close to $300 just for the rotors and linings.

Does this sound like it is worth it for the money? Does this setup even fit correctly without fabrication? (I have the 18" Motorsport wheels, so the rotor diameter shouldn't be a problem) Would I have to do any other changes/upgrades like a proportioning valve, brake lines, etc.? I'm sure that the difference in braking is greatly improved over the stock 318ti setup. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

part number 3433 1 162965

(what size are the discs though) is it a euro 315mm disc? )

Thats all the parts you need for the swap. I paid 300 last year for my full setup.

Correction- the parts are off of a 1996 M3.

Just to verify (before I kick down the $$$ for this)- will these parts from a 1996 M3 fit on a 1995 ti? I already have enough boat anchors around my garage, I don't need any more. Thanks guys!

Youll have everything you need. I paid 300$ for my complete brake upgrade last year. Brake feel is fine, could be a bit better with the m3 booster.

Update:

Picked up the entire set up (new Brembo 315mm rotors, Msport calipers, spindles, carriers, hubs [all from a 1996 M3], new pads) for $330! I'm going to install as soon as I get some SS lines.
