They will also give up and down play when they are bad. __________________ | | | 07-16-2010, 04:09 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Gilbert Posts: 621 | thanks for pointing that out. ill be sure to check ball joints tonight. __________________ *IF ITS FAST AND CHEAP, ITS NOT RELIABLE* *IF ITS CHEAP AND RELIABLE, ITS NOT FAST* *IF ITS FAST AND RELIABLE, ITS NOT CHEAP* | | | 07-28-2010, 07:37 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: Novi, MI Posts: 115 | I'm not sure what the rokkor set up is, but koni and bilstein are the only brands near your price range that I would trust. __________________ Josh | | | 07-28-2010, 08:37 PM | #5 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT! Check them out at Turner Motorsports as I think they have the best prices on them. Also, if the mounts are shot, you may want to splurge for the M3 tops, which give you a bit of caster, which is nice in a ti... | | | 07-29-2010, 12:37 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Quote: Originally Posted by J!m Also, if the mounts are shot, you may want to splurge for the M3 tops, which give you a bit of caster, which is nice in a ti... | You sure they fit? I bought M3 mounts by mistake and they did not fit. The holes did line up. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 07-29-2010, 12:23 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2006 Location: 43609 Posts: 3,425 | A bit over 3k on my rokkors now and theyre still like new. The bolts would not line up even if I removed the pin. I'm talking about the rubber strut mount. Maybe they just sent me the wrong part. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 07-29-2010, 02:26 AM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2006 Location: 43609 Posts: 3,425 | If they have a pin to be removed that is an e46 hat __________________ 1995 Hellrot Clubsport 318ti -Gone 1996 Schwartz II Sport 357ti - 5.7L V8 LS1/6 1997 Moregrun Metallic 318ti - Gone 1998 Schwartz II sport 318ti - M50TUB25/5 | | | 07-29-2010, 03:36 PM | #11 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT! The first e36 setup is different from the others. The pins in the hats are for e46s to get the camber closer to stock. __________________ 1995 Hellrot Clubsport 318ti -Gone 1996 Schwartz II Sport 357ti - 5.7L V8 LS1/6 1997 Moregrun Metallic 318ti - Gone 1998 Schwartz II sport 318ti - M50TUB25/5 | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
