It doesn't sound like it's coming from the front? I'm guessing the water pump bearing could provide that noise.

Do this: Open the hood before you start the car, start the car, see where the noise is coming from under the hood. Is it right front or right side? Does it slowly go away or suddenly? How long before it turns off? What is the temperature when you start the car?

My guess is secondary air pump, but post what you find.

aight i started the car to find where the noise is from and its right under the engine bay or from inside the car under the passenger seat. The temp is the same as before nothing new. the sound stops when the car heats up a little, around 2-3 minutes of driving.

Unplug your secondary air pump, see if it keeps making the noise.

Buy a bentlel manual, or find one to download. It's under the air box.

Don't drive your car if it's making "weird" noises. Ever.

Take it to a mechanic if you can't find what is making the noise.

any noise that seems out of place to me is weird...ive shown it to my unk which is a mechanic and he said its one of the belts or pumps but nothing that i had to worry about. i was just getting a second opinion from you guys. On the seat issue yeah your right...but i cant really located the sound so its around that area.

I don't remember there being any belts or pumps in the passenger seat area.

If you mechanic says that a strange noise is coming from a belt or pump and that it's not a big deal, you need to find another mechanic. Not to be a dick about it, but did your uncle actually tell you what part was bad? Or did he just tell you not to worry about it. Did you pay him for his time?

no i never pay him were family, he told me it was the fan belt that sometimes when just turned on makes a whistling noise which is what i hear now. Its a loud whistling noise that is only present when the car is just turned on but the car isnt running any different than the day i got her. I havnt felt anything different at all...thats why im not worrying that much about it

Might be the the evaporator stuff behind the rear panel on the drivers side. If you remove the passenger side panel you'll see a steel panel bolted to the inner body and behind that is some canisters with evap hoses attached to them and a sensor. It could be that there is a leak in one of those hoses.
