Default Horn has ceased to function. - YELP!

Last night i passed some fine lookin ladies and to my utter dismay my horn has died. not sure what could be wrong with it.

Any ideas on what to check guys?

if it's not the fuse, the area where the horn is located is particularly prone to rust (front left of the car, ahead of the wheel well).

i'd actually thought i cracked the diaphragm because somebody REALLY pissed me off and i had the horn on for about a good minute, but it turned out it just vibrated one of the wires loose.

well, so far i have changed the fuse, and today i have changed the horns, still no luck

went to bmw and ordered a new horn relay.

B0LL0X! STILL NOT WORKING

Changed so far:

Horns
Fuse
Relay

We checked the wiring and it looked good. only thing left is i believe there is a slip ring behind the steering wheel for the horn.

Any ideas of any other possibilities??
