From the front it looks like an E36 that has been in a front end collision and was fixed by a ****ty body shop. Once you see the rest of the car you get to see the ****ty "lines" of an escort and a pathetic attempt at molding it to a crooked E36 front end. I'd like to see update shows with all those cars and see how ****ty and dirty they get. The premise of it is retarded. Lets drop 50k on someone who doesn't give a **** about taking care of things. Just because you have an older crappy car doesn't mean it can't be taken care of. /rant on pimp my ride __________________ '96 Alaska Blue ti w/ Supersprint cat-back exhaust...Dinan CAI & Chip...Eibach Pro-Kit Springs...Bilstein Sport shocks...BavAuto camber kit...Brembo d/s rotors...UUC SSK...Centerforce Dual Friction clutch...TMS 9lb flywheel...18 inch OZ Rims...Carbon-Fiber dash/gauge bezel...Momo Shift Knob...Indiglo gauges...Schroth Harness...ZKW's/ProLumen 6k HID...Predator Chromiums http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...urowerksig.jpg | | | 10-12-2005, 09:25 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: England, UK Posts: 1,288 | you'll be horrified to know it is a proton i believe. 90% sure anyways __________________ 1995 BMW 316i Cosmos Black Mods: • Magnex Cat-Back Exhaust • Smoked Corner Lights + Repeators • M3 17" Wheels • De-Baffled Air Box • AC HandBrake Handle and Gear Knob • DEPO Euro Epsiloids + Predator Chronium Rings • Chrome Interior bits •IE Poly-Urethane RSFMs • Kenwood Power Series Audio • Powder Coated e36 325 Front Callipers • Sports Seats | | | 10-12-2005, 09:26 PM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Muncie, Indiana Posts: 1,551 | Quote: Originally Posted by nick_hegel It's worth watching once. Just because you have an older crappy car doesn't mean it can't be taken care of. /rant on pimp my ride | I have often wondered how well the cars last in the hands of their new owners. It seems most of the time the people are morons and don't know the first thing about car care. It also seems much of the damage is inflicted on the car by the driver. I thought the episode of the eclipse was especially funny because the guy said when he bought the car it was in good condition. When it was taken off to be "pimped" the front bumper was ripped off, paint was destroyed and basically nothing worked. So they put on a bodykit and slammed it to the ground and put on huge rims. I bet the front bumper is ripped off, the rims are ripped apart, and the fancy paint is all but ruined. | | | 10-13-2005, 02:34 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Fort Collins, CO Posts: 1,305 | Quote: Originally Posted by AlaskaBlue I have often wondered how well the cars last in the hands of their new owners.
