So yes.....anyone can buy a ti.......but not everyone once bought can afford to even put it on the road! Those spinners have been out for a while. They actually were out before the spinners where the whole diameter of the wheel spun. I forget what video it was, but shaq rolled up and his superman S kept spinning on his Benz. __________________
