Default Heater valve

I recently replaced my beloved 318i with a beautiful 95 ti and I am having trouble finding information. All of my shop manuals seem to avoid the heating system for the ti. My problem is no heat and I have gone through the usual system burping, bleeding and topping off that was also common to my sedan. Still nothing. The heater and controls for the ti are totally different than my old car, so I am not sure about the damper actuation or valve activation and Haynes, Chilton and Bentley don't help me any. The unit that I assume is a solonoid valve on the firewall is identified as a "heater pump" by REALOEM.com. The guy that had the car before me obviously tried to fiddle with it because the lower tabs that hold the controls onto the dash are cracked and he let me know that he replaced the thermostat. Any ideas? and where can I get a good schematic of the heating and AC system? Any sage advice would be appreciated.

No heat. Coolant temp is up where it should be, dampers are flapping, fan is blowing. Not sure if the the valve is opening as it should. Where can I get a schematic of the heating system, or even wiring diagram of the valve control for the ti?
