I like them, but since I've painted my chrome grills black, I don't think chrome taillights will really flow, I'd get them if they made them in black though

I knew you'd chime in

Like I said, I don't like them, but, maybe they'd grow on me when I saw them installed. Definetely different, that's for sure.

I'd rather walk through hell in a gasoline g-string than put those tail lights on my car.

They look bad parted like that, but I've seen them on a ti before. They actually aren't that bad. They aren't better than the euro style tail lights, but they are a step from the stock.

Well the thing is, Altezza's were very popular here after the millennium down here in Texas(I guess that's where the name "Altezza" came from). You couldn't make a turn without seeing them on a car. So I've grown on them. But if I had a choice, I would rather go with LED's, or even smoked LED's. But they don't make LED tails for ti's, do they?

I was always under the impression that its a Japanese thing, since the Lexus IS had them 1st...Plus, in Japan, it was called the Toyota Altezza.

Regardless, they were made popular by retards with $8 fart cans, primer gray, cut springs on their civics, I'm pretty sure.

To each his own though, but if I passed someone on the road with these things on any BMW, I would give a thumbs down...

Well I'm not really sure where it really originated. All I know is that it's a common sight here.

But, they became really popular on chevy trucks and other american cars. Every mexican had it on their chevy truck or van (yes, I said van :P). We have a lot of mexicans here in Texas (nothing against them, and no offense intended).
