Default Steering column squeak

Hello,

I have the dreaded steering squeak and its doing my head in now, I've seen a guide on here on how to stop it, but I have greased up the top bearing (with proper spray grease) and still no change, I know on the guide it says about the bottom bearing but this sounds like it is at the top, anyone else been though this?

Will try and add a video

Thanks
