I realize the reverse lights could easily be the transmission switch, but I find it strange that the inner parts of the circuit on both sides of the car are deciding not to work. I just recently purchased my ti so I'm not sure when or what caused this, just checking to see if anyone knows of any simple explanations. thanks! | | | 06-26-2008, 11:01 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Stamford, CT <-> Boston, MA Posts: 1,393 | The inners are rear fog lights, which aren't wired in our cars. See: http://www.318ti.org/forum/showthrea...ghlight=double If you want to make them light up. There are also a few threads floating around w/ some pics/how-to instructions. __________________ BMWCCA #403399 2012 Mini Cooper S Clubman, 6-Speed Loaded 2001 325xi, Winter Package, 5-Speed Traded 1998 318ti, Active, Automatic, TOTAL LOSS R.I.P. 10/20/08 Bilstein Sport Shocks/Struts . I've got plenty to learn. seems like an easy enough mod, I know my way around a soldering iron pretty well so I'd probably take that route. also, that'd narrow down the reverse lights to being the switch at the transmission..yet another easy fix! | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
