UPS Worldwide saver for shipping to US?

Hey everyone, i was just about to buy some ellipsoid HID and AEs from DDm and when it came to the shipping option the default is UPS Ground which was coming to about $40 for just S&H to 63011 but i choose the UPS Worldwide saver option which i guess is for international shipping but my S&H charges went down to only $5!! if its so much cheaper i will take that! but i dont know what exactly it is. is it only for outside US or something? anyone have any ideas? im in no hurry for the delivery so i will pay $5 for it to come months later. just need to know for sure exactly what it is and if its will work b4 i go and order them.

i looked at that but it didnt really help me much in terms of knowing whether they even use that service for US to US shipping and why it is so much cheaper that regular ground
