WTB: 1996-99 318ti

I'm looking all over for a clean, well-maintained 1996-99 318ti. Looking for a manual and something fairly close to stock, but won't say no to tasteful modifications. Dealbreakers are red exterior (red cars don't do anything for me) and the California roof.

I'm in Rochester, NY, but am willing to travel most anywhere east of the Mississippi for the right car. Shipping might be another option, but I haven't looked into the cost yet.

I'm flexible and am more than willing to pay a fair price for the right car. I'm more interested in condition/maintenance/cleanliness than a certain price threshold.
