I need the black plastic impact strip that goes on the left quarter panel. It must be the wide m-tech style. Anybody got an extra one sitting around. I know I can buy it new from the dealer but I'd actually prefer an old faded one, it will match all the other trim better. Please let me know ASAP. Thanks...

The two moldings are interchangeable. I had the stock "thin" ones, and swapped them for the M-tech "thick ones; fit perfectly. hummmm so im led to believe..however in the uk the obc's are as rare as rocking horse $hit.....in fact not one of the bmw dealers or magazines iv spoken to have ever even seen one!! im always looking on ebay but dont wanna waste my dosh if its not likely to be pre wired... | | | | |
