looking for wheels and tires that will preform well on dirt and windy mountain roads

I love driving my 95ti on the great many dirt roads and trails in Southern California, quite frequently I find myself headed down paths like this


or you can head down one of the dozens of trails in this area, not more than an hour and 15min outside of San Diego


the nature of the terrain out here makes for some fun paved mountain roads as well, so I need to be able to hold my own on those as well


any suggestions?
