The DME will not allow spark or fuel pressure unless the Key, EWS and DME are all alligned. If the key transponder is removed you have a EWS issue. Jumping the starter disable relay does nothing but bypass starter kill and alow the car to crank over. You still have no spark, injector pulse or fuel pump relay since the EWS system is not a complete alligned system with the missing parts that were removed.

any idea why your dad removed the key responder? I'm not sure exactly what that is....

as stated before, the box behind the glove box, dme, and key need to "talk" to each other in order for the car to start

on a side note....when you insert the key in the ignition and go to position 1 and then 2, does the "check engine" light come on/stay on?

looks like the black with stripe wire is on the left post and the small blue wire in on the right lower post .

and the obvious alt and power on the big post .

the prob is no fire or fuel when trying to crank but the car will turn over .

Another day waisted . Arg. .

My dad says he didn't take out the key responder .

. I'm to the point of giving up . Idk of its the starter or a sensor or the ECM or the ews .

No spark , no fuel , car turns over but that's it . The fan stays on when key is in the on position which is another problem which is making my battery go dead just trying to troubleshoot the car .

Ok if no EWS items were removed and you can crank with the key chip and no spark or fuel is a EWS/DME allignment issue. The DME is not sending the matching INS to the EWS for approval to spark and turn on the fuel pump. Is the DME water damaged?

Key matches EWS and starts cranking car. EWS asks DME for ISN number. If ISN in EWS matches DME (Alligned) it sends a code back to the DME to allow spark and fuel....Car starts

If you have not changes anything in the EWS DME system you most likely have a water damaged DME, they do not loose allignment without a wiring issue or water damage

Take out your DME and remove the back cover. You will need to remove tabs and screws. If it looks like any damage like green stuff on the DME board panel then that is the issue. You can buy a new matching DME kit or try to clean your ori DME. I can send you a complete DME/EWS/Key matched to start your car for maybe $120 plus $10 shipping
