Default 1995 318ti for sale... ugh, am I really doing this?

Up for sale is my beloved 318ti which I've owned since 99. I am the second owner. I have poured many sweat hours detailing and maintaining this car over the years with nary any intention to sell. My daily driver until 2010, this beauty never stranded me... ever. Most of its 265K miles were freeway commuting and many long hauls between CA and AZ. It has never seen snow and has no rust anywhere. While it certainly has the nicks and wear that results from almost 20 years, it still looks like a million bucks and drives like it did back when I acquired it. The ride is amazing on smooth roads and understandably bumpy on rough roads. All of the suspension mods were performed by Bimmer specialists in San Diego. At this point, it doesn't get the attention and fussing over that it deserves in the manner its accustomed to. The battle to share the 1 car garage has become annoying, thus its time to let another enthusiast take a turn.

These pictures were taken today:

Are you letting the big car kick the little car out? Harsh... - Seriously, it's lovely!

Default Thanks guys...

Asking $4000.00 or best offer. Looks like it might go to the first person to come see it this weekend based on their communication so far. Selling my Ti on Fathers day just seems wrong.

Thanks Bradestar... What's surprising about the 265k is that I really haven't done much to the engine other than cleaning the throttle body out, swapped plug wires and the usual tuneups... oh and oil changes like clockwork. Still pulls like it always has.

Thanks Frederic... Ti's sure are photogenic, huh? I will miss all the impromptu photo shoots.

Thanks Zigfried3 - harsh yeah... 2010 X5 3.5d is just a bit more of an investment I need to protect.

BlackBMW's - I'm in East Sac - surprised I haven't seen your stable of Ti's. PM me if you'd like to see another black Ti before it moves on.

Default SOLD: After 19 years in service...

First person to contact me wound up buying my black beauty at nearly my asking price. I'm pretty sure this will go down in my car ownership history as the one car that got under my skin, entertained me for hours and never stranded me.

Thanks for the memories to all my fellow Ti enthusiast homeys.
