Default wheather effects on my cars performance :S

when ever the temperature goes over 85 f degrees my cars performance starts to go down. but night times its like a racing car. (do not tell me is your ac on vs.) am i missing a maintenance or is there any part that effects this much needed to be replaced?

any suggestions?

nope its totally original it feel like i m losing 10 15 horsepower when its 100 f degrees but night time as i said when it comes to 80 f degrees its performance is like a race car.

IAT's (Intake Air Temp) can have a big impact on performance. Cool air has a denser charge because it carries more oxygen, when air gets hot it things out and carries a lot less oxygen making the engine produce less power. Our cars don't have a lot of power to begin with so a few horsepower can feel like a lot. This is also one of the reasons that many aftermarket air filters don't really work, they actually pull more hot air from under the hood instead of from the grill or low on the fender like the stock airbox does.

No. Nothing to do with it. Turbo'ed cars loveeee the cold weather and high altitude.
