Question Trunk Hydrolic Arms - Need Help

My trunk hydrolic arms are not working I think.

When I open the trunk to put anything in, the arms can't hold the weight of the door.

Where can I find these parts and are they called hydrolic arms?

How do I replace these?

Please help!
