Ya, I picked up the armrest kit from Pelican, I think for <$100, (shipped from Germany), went to the yards and found an E36 armrest for $10 (typically leather trashed) then, get a replacement leather cover for $35 shipped and a bottle of contact cement.

So all in all perhaps around the same after taxes and shipping for the kit and a little labor.

Thanks Kitty! I like them too, even better now since I repaired the driver's side leather bolster. I'm sure they will go well with the glovebox coming in. Be well!

rare opportunity!
Just got in these light grey full leather door cards! This has been an individual option for just a limited time offered through BMW, only for 323ti models and only in 6 different color options. The seats are pretty much wrecked, that's why my friend decided to throw them away and switch over to full black. So here's your chance!
These are for cars without side airbags!

250$ for the full set, plus shipping (shouldn't be more than 90$ - 100$ in one big box). Slightly negotiable!
If you want to switch to an Euro glovebox as well, I could add a matching (again, super limited!!) Euro glovebox plus steering wheel underdash for another 100$ (only if you purchase everything as a set. The glovebox and steering wheel dash alone would be 150$ shipped ) See the last pic.

Ya, I like the extra space from the Euro knee panels. Installed the drivers side this evening. I installed the Passenger side knee panel last weekend. Requires a little bracket cutting. 5 min with a Dremel, a few clip nuts and a few screws. Easy...
Thanks Kitty!

One other thing to account for is the OBD II socket. In removing the knee pad behind the stock US knee panel, the support for the OBDII connector is removed. I mounted the socket in the rear of the storage bin for easy access for me as I use a Bluetooth adapter with my ipad/iphone for live engine readings. When I'm not using the Bluetooth adapter the OBDII port doesn't take much space.

As far as I know our german glovebox doors are different to the ones that you have in the,US (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
But I could send you a complete Euro glovebox set, that wouldn't be a big deal
