Default Ported and polished DASC manifold and elbow

I removed my supercharger last night and remembered that I wanted to port and polish the intake runners on the manifold. I did it today, it took a total of 5 hours from start to finish. I don't know if I'll see an increase in power, but it sure looks pretty! I really smoothed them out so air will flow better.

I used an adjustable dremel tool with a flex shaft, 60 and 80 grit sand paper rolls, and 120 grit flap wheels. I ran the parts through the dishwasher when I was done for that oh-so-clean look.

Looks good Dusten,i'm sure you'll gain something but probally won't be noticeable. When will you have your car back on the road?

Next week sometime. I can't wait. One of the local shops is having a dyno day on May 13th so I'll see what I get for hp after the rebuild.

Did you ever dyno the car before when you got the s/c?

Nope, never dyno'd. I'm having a hard time saying "done" with the car, so I keep putting it off until I'm "done". I've recently discovered it will never end...
