I HAVE NO TRUNK!

I had a good chuckle over an incident yesterday I thought I'd share with you all.

I was parked in a small parking lot and there was a car parked perpendicular behind me. I was trying to back out to the exit which was on my right (I love making tacky diagrams).



I start to pull out, and I hear some honking, which is normal in the city so I ignore it. Right as I get as far back as I'm going to go, I look back and see the guy in the car behind me looks terrified, hahaha (I thought this was funny for some reason). I pull forward, and start backing up again, and hear more honks. Then I look back and realize the guy behind me didn't think I saw him the whole time, because he was honking at me to get my attention, thinking I was about to back into him at any moment (I was moving pretty quick to get out of there).

When I made eye contact with the guy, he sort of gave me a "WTF are you doing?! Don't you see me!? Are you stupid!?" look, and I yelled (even though he couldn't hear me), "I see you! I have no trunk! It's OK!!" He looked confused and scared still. That's what he gets for underestimating my driving skills!

I got the hell out of there and had a good laugh. Poor bastard.

I'm a little confused. Why didn't the "freaked out dude" just move out of the way the first time and just let you out? I mean, if he was that worried, then he should of moved.

*shrug*

Besides, I think ti's are the best vehicle to move around in a parking lot. You can park anywhere and you can get away with getting out of tight spaces.
