actually you have to be 21 to legally drink, purchase, or possess alcohol.
you only have to be 18 to buy tobacco, but you can use it legally if someone buys it for you...never understood that one
but i know tons of people that get tickets for underage drinking...not tickets for trying to illegally buy it...but tickets and court dates for having it, or drinking it __________________ 1995 318ti Active

It may have a manufacturer name, mark ,etc. If it comes with a UPC sticker I can tell who the manuf is. __________________
