Default Sleeping Beauty

1st post: Pics from about a week ago, while the head was in the shop, and the car was just sleeping in the garage...

2nd post: Pics from tonight, with the head bolted on and the cames locked into place.. (with a couple thrown in from earlier in the day)

A few teaser shots earlier, now it's time for the operation. These pics are after a long day of putting the head back on the car, getting the head bolts torqued down properly, putting the lifters and cams in, and getting them torqued down to spec.

I had some fun with a few of the pictures, so I hope you enjoy/appreciate some of the more abstract ones. Check it out.

-Evan

at this point a M3 swapped Ti is going up on the market 1 a week.
I think I would just buy one out of the box, or just a Mcoupe and keep the Club Sport 1.8 and do forced induction down the road.

It was a Canon EOS D30 (3mpxl digital SLR), with a little help cropping by photoshop.

no, unfortunately not. I had it on shutter priority and let the camera do the rest. No tripod though for like a half second exposure.... I got lucky?

Those are amazing pics! Im not big on smoked lights but you need to put in smoked headlights and corners. That thing would look so bad ass blacked out.

It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

Headgasket replacement, go the head decked and a complete valve job, as well as replacing spark plugs and cleaning injectors and whatnot.
