It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

Well, not never...but you are correct that it is rare for big ticket items. Your best bet is to take it to a wider audience which would include other E30 and E36 M42/M44 owners--yes, there are now people who have put these in an E30 with M42. I got my DASC (M44) back in 2003 via a group buy on bimmerforums. Even then, it took forever just to get 5 folks lined up with cash or credit card in hand. You end up placing the order directly with DA, so there is no problem with a credit card if that's the way you want to go.

Bottom Line: If you're gonna pull it off, it takes someone to stay on top of it, as well as both time and patience. IIRC, saved between 10-15% off retail, which was several hundred bucks...

it seems like dasc is the most successfully tested supercharger as we all know a lot of people got it on their cars in here and they r happy with it.
Do u guys think so?
i think u can go ahead and put me on the list too since i want more power in my TI if that lower the price on the supercharger , but i would like to know how low it can get to.I know somebody got it for 3K,but how much will it be if we groupbuy it. I am really interested and i think BlueBimma too .

Keep us posted please.

You did see how old this thread is right? This was all done last year. If you want another DASC groupbuy you'll probably have to start one.
