Default Cold Air Intakes

Cold air intake... what that's the best bang for the buck? So far I only know of the Bavarian Auto one for $125 or the Dinan one which is considerably more... I guess you get what you pay for? what's the most inexpensive with the best performance? tuning on a budget (-:

I actually have about the same question and I've been looking at Cosmo Racing for like 109 or so. I don't really know much about it though. I've heard mixed reviews.
