and what id have to buy? i know id have to get a bowden cable to go to throttle but are there any brains or other wires than the ones coming from the knob and going to the box? any fuses or relays id have to add? any help is apreciated. thanks! __________________ ^being rebuilt^ until then: daily car: 96' Blue DASC'd ti with koni coilovers slowly progressing... weekend car: 85 1/2' 944 Porsche no a/c, p/s, gutted cat, loud as hell exhaust, loud as hell sound system | | | 02-05-2008, 04:02 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Southern California - Orange county Posts: 978 | so ur just trying to hook up fog lights and CC right? I removed CC from the 325ti and installed it in the 332ti. It takes some patients to trace all of the wires and pull them out successfully. The wires that have to pass through the firewall are a major pain to reinstall. Probably the most annoying part of the whole job. That and it doesn't work yet. I haven't had enough time to troubleshoot, but I'll post the installation error when I find it. Maybe you'll be able to educate me on what I did wrong. __________________ SOLD!!! 1999 332ti //M Sport Titanium Silver M3 S52 3.2 I-6 Engine, M3 Clutch w/ ti Getrag Trans, Z3 3.15 LSD medium case diff and half shafts, OEM Hatch Spoiler, Eurosport HP Underdrive Pulleys, FDM, 17" DS1 rims, M3 Front Struts & Springs, M3 Instrument Cluster, 3-spoke //M steering wheel with tri-color stitching, SSK, CCFL Angels in Depo projectors with 5k HIDs | | | 02-09-2008, 05:30 AM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: New Orleans Posts: 970 | oh, ok, well we were parting it anyway, so i just went ahead and removed everything, figured that was easiest way to do it since it wasn't going back together. and yeah, i bet it will be a pain to do the wires through the firewall. and yeah, that'd be great so i know what to look out for when i install mine, which will probably be next week. and i agree on the patience, lots of patience is always good when working on bmws. __________________ ^being rebuilt^ until then: daily car: 96' Blue DASC'd ti with koni coilovers slowly progressing... weekend car: 85 1/2' 944 Porsche no a/c, p/s, gutted cat, loud as hell exhaust, loud as hell sound system | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
