There is one bulb. Turn the socket and it will slide out. __________________ [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] | | | 05-21-2006, 06:18 PM | #4 | Member Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Ohio Posts: 61 | Thank you .. now I have to order the special tools for taking the radio out. Never had a good experience with Herb Chambers. You're also about an hour away from Bavarian Auto. If you're headed north for any reason, give them a call ahead. They can also help you out with changing it. __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 05-29-2006, 05:14 PM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: London Posts: 120 | I had exactly this problem. I removed the headunit and the bulb twists and pops out. It is infact just a simple led with a little plastic surround on it so it slides into the hole inbetween the dials I paid £4 for mine from a main BMW dealer. | | | 06-01-2006, 03:42 PM | #11 | Member Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Ohio Posts: 61 | Thanks for all of your advices. I fix it already (just pull the old light bulb out from the plastic and put new one in). Now I plan to chage all my interior light to RED. What do you guys think! __________________ 1999:318ti:///M | | | 06-02-2006, 01:58 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: London Posts: 120 | Personally I quite like the xenon look interior bulbs. Red might make it look a little, well, like the red light district! | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
