Default Burning Rubber Smell...rear end...

fellas I make a short trip to and from the shop everyday. Everytime lately I get out to a pretty strong burning smell coming from the rear end.
I can smell it bad in the wheel well on the passenger side...doesn't make sense to me. Everything exhaust wise is hanging well.
I'm thinking bearing? CV?
Again this happens after a very short trip down the hill...
any ideas?

TIA
