Wanted: A working 318ti in Richmond, VA

I'm looking for a 318ti near Richmond, Virginia. I'm just about to sell my 5 series which turned out to be a money pit in terms of fixing stuff, so I am looking for a well maintained one. Mileage, transmission type, color etc. I don't care about, I just like this model since I'm a fan of hatchbacks. I can travel to meet you, but my budget isn't super high. Hello,
I have a 1998 green 318ti, 178K original miles, 5 speed for sale.
Transmission is strong but fall out barring needs attention, whines but there is no loss or skipping of any kind with gears/shifting.
Strong car. does need a few fixes esthetically but mechanically sound. Ac, heat, cd player, sunroof, replaced 4in rear speakers.
Got as a.second car, love it, fun to drive but had a change of job and cannot keep.
Asking 2K but there is room for negotiations.
Clean, clear title in hand.
Would love to chat about the car.
It will be a great solid car w a little money and time. Sad to see him go but necessary
