Default Rear wiper stripped?

My rear wiper is suddenly acting funny. I use it all the time but now the arm seems to be stripped from the post that is connected to the wiper motor. I can't see any screws to remove the arm from the post, and I can't pull it off with brute force either. Am I screwed? Do I have to buy a whole new motor? Who's got ideas?

Anyone? Come on senior members! I'm sure at least one of you has dealt with this before.

Pull up the plastic cap at the base of the wiper arm and tighten the nut with a properly sized wrench when the wiper is parked in the correct position. If that doesn't work, you have other problems.

That thing is a cap you can pull off? Now I feel retarded. Still, I'm lucky to have people like you around to help me cope. I'm gonna try it tomorrow. Thanks to the extreme!

You need to use a 13mm socket on wrench. I just tighten mine today.
