She has 190k miles. I've been replacing a lot of the plastic piping in the cooling system as well as a brand new starter recently. The transmission is in great shape, and she's CA smogged. The oil filter housing is leaking and I don't have the resources to perform or pay for the repair. The interior door panel and the trim are in poor condition and there's minor body damage on the passenger side. Still a super fun car to drive. I have receipts for all the work I've done over the last 10 years, and have done everything to keep her in tip top shape until just now. I think she'd be great for anyone who can fix her up themselves or possibly part her out. Hit me up if you're interested. I'm in San Francisco. __________________ I less than three my 318ti | | | 01-19-2013, 12:31 PM | #2 | Member Join Date: Dec 2012 Location: Mountain View, CA Posts: 47 | Auto or manual? | | | 01-19-2013, 05:10 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: norcal - 94590 Posts: 3,186 | message sent... __________________ James 95 active w/leather interior and sport interior conversion, Vaders, full M-Tech exterior conversion. She's an Auto. Lessons learned: Don't buy wheels that are discontinued. Don't park in locations that are known for break ins. ;P She just went back to the shop with another plastic coolant piece breaking. While the piece is $24, they're assessing how much labor cost it's gonna take to get to all 4 hoses, etc. Pics: http://sugar.v3o.net/cowgirl/ Accepting all offers Can deliver within 100 miles __________________ I less than three my 318ti | | | 01-31-2013, 05:25 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: Heber City, Utah Posts: 242 | So have you gotten the cooling system back in order? | | | 02-01-2013, 07:49 AM | #7 | Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2012 Location: SF Posts: 7 | is this thing still for sale? If I had to do it again I would sand all of the mounting tabs on the alternator down a little to make reassembly easier. | | | 02-01-2013, 04:43 PM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Sacramento, CA Posts: 2,451 | Quote: Originally Posted by Kiponator Oil filter housing leak is a pretty easy fix if you have space and simple tools.
