M50 swap into OBDII ti

Hi, I'm thinking about purchasing this ti in my area. It's '98 that has a blown HG. I have a complete '95 325is parts car with a running M50. I've done an M50 swap into an OBDI 318is, so I have pretty good experience with the engine.

Would I encounter a lot of problems while converting the ti to OBDI for the M50?

What parts would I have to buy that I can't get from the donor car?

depending on the inspection laws where you live you might not be able to get it inspected

Yeah, that's what I've been hearing from others.

The car sold anyway. Hopefully an OBDI ti will pop up soon.
