Default Plastic Tube Behind Bumper?
What's this thing? It's behind the rear bumper.



I only have one on the left side of the car (my cars a right hand steer) and none on the right side (there's no hole or plastic tube). I took out the interior for the trunk and on the right side I saw a small puddle of water in the corner underneath that black container thing that you can unscrew and take out. I'm guessing the tube thing drains out the water from somewhere. Is there supposed to be one on the right side too?
