I had multiple problems.
First problem was that none of the warning lights worked.
Replaced all the bulbs, still no warning lights.
Replaced the cluster.
A few days later I noticed the water temp gauge not working until I drove a bit. Or hit the dash.
Swapped just the gauges.

The procedure will take the higher mileage.
