1998 318ti, needs a front bumper

so i am probably going to check this 318ti in a few hours

the guy bought it at a dealer auction for his little brother
turns out his little brother didnt want it anymore (silly) well i want it
how much would it be to fix the bumper?
and by the pictures
is it just the bumper that was damaged?

looks like you'll need all the braces and shocks and everything, plus the nose panel, you could probably pick up that stuff decently cheap on here

looks to me like it's a sport package going by the interior, but it doesn't have the sport rear bumper, which makes me think it's been in a rear end collision, and it has the 92-96 style grills instead of the 97-99 grills, which makes me think that it's been in a front end collision before that one

I'd get it if you can talk the seller down a little bit, but I'm pretty sure that car's been abused by previous owners

no problem, I pick up a lot of random information hanging around here

that one looks like a clean car, you could probably talk the price down a little bit too, but like you said it doesn't have many options. if you really wanted leather and a roof you may want to wait otherwise you'll be regretting it the whole time you own the car, but then you might not be able to find another ti in your price range, so it's sort of a gamble
